granola是一種美國流行的穀物食品稱呼，它是也是以燕麥為主，再添加糖，最後烘烤而成。

它的食法和一般燕麥相同，只要水煮便可，granola口感比燕麥佳，因為一來經過烘烤口感較香脆，二來亦有甜味（因添加糖）

亦因granola本身已添加糖，所以煮食時，不必再如燕麥般加煉奶，免得吸收太多糖份。
