前言
代糖，就是能產生甜味，但又無熱量的物質。
站在護膚角度，食糖對皮膚不利，因為食糖會令體內血糖水平短時間內升高，令身體進入高血糖的狀態，即血液中的糖份多了。
而血液中多出的糖，會黏著身體的蛋白質，發生糖化作用（Glycation），糖化作用發生後，會產生多種有害物質傷害身體，這些物質統稱「末期糖化基產物 Advanced Glycation End-Products，簡稱AGEs」
AGEs對皮膚的傷害很多，其中之一是加速皮膚中各種細胞的衰老，包括纖維母細胞（fibroblasts）及角質細胞（keratinocytes）
